If you can run this distance then go for it! If its been a while or you are a beginner then maybe try a Couch to 5K running App to get started.
Get out into the great outdoors, walk your dog or stroll around your garden. If the weathers terrible then hit a gym and get on a treadmill.
There nothing like the feeling of achievement when you have reached your goal. We'll send you out a nice shiny finishers medal - can't beat good bling!

A new year and the New Year's Resolution to get fit already fading!
GO FOR IT!
Just sign up, run or walk 5 kilometres which is 3.1 miles in old money between 9th-10th January 2021.
You can split the miles up how you wish over the 2 days.
Record it on a GPS app (such as Strava, Map My Run, Runkeeper, Garmin etc) or take a picture of your treadmill stats and email them to us on completion.
